Shareholders

The sole shareholder of EUSTREAM is SPP Infrastructure, a. s. EUSTREAM owns 15% of the shares of Central European Gas Hub AG with its registered office at Floridsdorfer Hauptstrasse 1, 1210 Vienna, Austria and 100% of the shares of Eastring B.V. with its registered office in Amsterdam in the Netherlands.
