EUSTREAM will temporarily convert all of the interruptible capacity at the exit point Budince into firm capacity

Under the auspices of the European Commission, EUSTREAM and the Gas TSO of Ukraine discussed the possibilities of converting the capacity from Slovakia to Ukraine from partially interruptible to fully firm.

As a result of the discussion, Eustream will temporarily make the entire existing capacity of exit SK Budince (42 mcm/day) firm during the winter season (until the end of 1Q 2022). After this period, capacities at the interconnection point Budince will return to the previous state – 27 mcm/d firm and 15 mcm/d interruptible transmission capacity.
