Evaluation of the Bid Submission Window I

Magyar Gáz Tranzit ZRt., EUSTREAM and Gas Connect Austria GmbH thank the participants for their active participation and bids submitted in the first round of the HU-SK-AT Alternative Allocation Procedure.

The transmission capacity demand for the Balassagyarmat – Velké Zlievce interconnection point (BGY/VZ IP) covered a period of seven years and around 50% of the offered capacity (Level II). The transmission capacity demand for the Slovak part of the HU-SK-AT project did not reach the positive economic test result level required for the allocation of transmission capacity at the BGY/VZ and Baumgarten interconnection points.

In order to achieve a positive economic test result for the Slovak side and a Level II positive economic test result for the Hungarian side, if the transmission capacity demand reaches Level II, Magyar Gáz Tranzti Zrt., EUSTREAM and Gas Connect Austria invite bidders to take part in the second bid submission window, which will be open from 6 October to 19 October 2018.
