Public consultation with the adjacent transmission system operator (“aTSO”) under Article 4.2 of INT NC on an amendment to the rules for Lanžhot IP

1. Article 3 (c): “aTSO shall be the Active TSO and the Matching TSO and EUSTREAM shall be the Passive TSO and the Initiating TSO.”
2. Article 3(d): “Allocated Quantity shall mean Matched Quantity in kWh to system users at the IP-L unless agreed otherwise by the TSOs.”
3. Article 3 (e): “In case the result of the Matching Process is or could be affected by the Exceptional Event the TSOs shall inform their shippers about the possible impact on the Matched Quantity at the IP-L and expected and actual end of the Exceptional Event.”
