- Article 3 (c): “EUSTREAM shall have the role of Initiating TSO.” “bTSO shall have the role of Matching TSO.”
- Article 3 (e): “In case the result of the Matching Process is or could be affected by the Exceptional Event the TSOs shall inform their shippers about the possible impact on the Matched Quantity at the IP-L and expected and actual end of the Exceptional Event.”
