SPP Group and Gazprom export CEOs met in Bratislava

Bratislava, December 3, 2008 Representatives of OOO Gazprom export, Slovenský plynárenský priemysel a.s. (SPP) and eustream, a.s. (Eustream), met today on the occasion of the recently signed long-term agreements on natural gas supplies and natural gas transmission, at the press-conference in Primate’s Palace in Bratislava, Slovakia. Under the new agreements, SPP will purchase about 130 billion cubic meters of natural gas by 2028, and Eustream will secure the transmission of roughly 1 trillion cubic meters of natural gas. Natural gas supplies and transmission´services according to the newly signed agreements will commence on January 1st, 2009.

Eustream joining cooperation in South-East Europe

Bratislava, October 28, 2008 – The largest carrier of natural gas in the EU, eustream, a.s., has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Transmission System Operators of South-East European countries on Wednesday, October 22. The main goal of their cooperation is to strengthen coordination for network extensions, enhance transparency, harmonise technical standards and thus increase security of energy supplies in Europe.

Antoine Jourdain, the new Chairman at Eustream

Bratislava, 28 August 2008 – The general meeting of eustream a. s. (Eustream) at its August meeting approved the new Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors. The current Chairman of the supreme managing body at Eustream Christophe Poillion will be replaced by Antoine Jourdain as of September 1st, 2008.

Changes in top bodies of eustream a. s.

Bratislava, 30 June 2008 – From July 1, 2008 Christophe Poillion will once again become the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company eustream, a. s. (Eustream). He will replace Andreas Rau in the post due to rotating chairmanship between French and German members of the Board of Directors of Eustream. A similar change will also occur simultaneously in the Supervisory Board of the company, where Louis de Fouchécour will replace Georg Friedrich Rosenstock in the post of Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
