Urgent Market Message
Due to technical failure in Austrian gas transmission system the gas transmission at the interconnection point Baumgarten is temporarily limited to the actual capability of the Austrian system. The other interconnection points of Eustream are not affected and available for gas transmission without limitation.
Eustream Signed Feasibility Study Contract for Eastring Pipeline
Slovak gas transmission system operator Eustream has signed the Feasibility Study Contract for Eastring – the Pan-European pipeline directly connecting Central and South Eastern European countries. The contract was awarded to Hungarian engineering and consultancy company Euroil. Following the signing of the contract in late August, the works on the Feasibility Study were initiated on Tuesday, 5 September 2017 in Bratislava. The first working meeting was held with representatives of Euroil as well as representatives of all Eastring project partners, i.e. Bulgarian TSO Bulgartransgaz EAD., Romanian Transgaz S.A., Hungarian FGSZ Zrt and Eustream
EU agency, Eustream signed Grant Agreement on Eastring feasibility study
European Union’s Innovation and Networks Executive Agency (INEA) and Eustream signed Agreement allowing Slovak TSO to receive EU grant for the feasibility study needed for the planned Eastring pipeline project. Feasibility study will be funded under the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) with the sum up to one million eur, or 50 percent of the eligible costs. Grant Agreement entered into force in 12 May 2017.
Snam, Eustream, Naftogaz and Ukrtransgaz sign a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at cooperation opportunities in Ukraine’s gas transmission network
Rome, 10 April 2017 - Italy’s Snam, Slovakia’s Eustream and Ukraine’s Naftogaz and Ukrtransgaz have signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at jointly evaluating opportunities for collaboration in the operation and enhancement of the gas network in Ukraine. The MoU was signed in the presence of Mr. M.A. Canete EC Commissioner for Climate Action & Energy, Italy’s Minister of Economic Development Carlo Calenda, and Ukraine’s Minister of Energy Ihor Nasalyk.
Terms and Conditions of the March New Capacity Auction
With respect to Market Survey initiated in December 2016 and obtained demand for the new cross border capacities from market area Czech republic to Slovakia, Eustream hereby publishes the "Terms and Conditions of the March New Capacity Auction" determined for the process of allocation of the new capacity at the entry point Lanžhot. Eustream may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time before the Auction. The Parties interested in new capacities shall contact Eustream at transmission@eustream.sk.
