Eustream´s new gas interconnection projects are advancing
Slovak gas transmission system operator Eustream is progressing in implementation of its long term strategic plans to secure gas infrastructure interconnections with Hungary and Poland. The new interconnection point Budince with Ukraine is also on track as envisaged in the Memorandum of Understanding with Ukrtransgaz.
Evaluation of the Open Season procedure for Vojany-Užhorod pipeline
Slovak gas transmission operator Eustream has finalized the evaluation of the Open Season procedure. As part of the market survey for gas transmission via the Vojany-Užhorod pipeline a number of shippers have expressed their interest and submitted their binding bids to Eustream.
New interconnection point Budince
Eustream has finalized the evaluation of the Open Season procedure for Vojany pipeline and has notified all applicants of the Open Season. As of now the rest of capacities for exit point Budince are available for booking via the normal procedure of third party access as defined in operational order of Eustream.
Eustream transmitted last year almost 60 bcm of natural gas
Slovak Transmission system operator, Eustream in 2013 transmitted 58,5 billion cubic meters of natural gas and generated net profit of almost EUR 320 mil. (319 362 000). Profit before income tax was EUR 406 143 000.
Personnel Changes in Eustream
Related to reorganization of SPP Group, there are several personnel changes also in Eustream. In accordance with the decision of the sole shareholder, Eustream has from 13 May 2014 five members in the Board of Directors. Miroslav Bodnar, Director of Strategy of Eustream joined on 13 June 2014 three members of the Board of Directors. Fifth position remains vacant yet.
